Introducing the VASA Tank & IBC Cleaner range, designed to:
- Significantly reduce cleaning times and costs
- Improve cleaning quality and hygiene standards for reuse, reducing cross contamination risk
- Increase operator safety and wellbeing
The VASA Tank & IBC Cleaner range uses a high flow pump to power a 360° cleaning head, and a control system which allows automatic cleaning cycles. External cleaning of the tank/ IBC can be done via the wash lance, using the same pump.
A heavily soiled IBC can be cleaned in as little as 3 minutes, with zero operator contact with the fluids or materials being cleaned.
The VASA Tank & IBC Cleaner is designed specifically for application requirements. Specifications and options available:
- Three stage wash cycle with programmable cycle times
- 360° cleaning head allowing for 100% cleaning coverage
- Up to 150 bar cleaning pressure
- Pneumatic or electrically controlled raising and lowering of cleaning heads
- ‘One touch’ automatic cleaning cycle, with cycle complete alarm and beacon
