The ST164 is an injector unit for admixing liquid detergent concentrates with water using the venturi principle. By choosing a position on the selector lever, two alternative detergents can be selected for admixing. A third selector lever position makes it possible to flush the unit clear without any detergent intake. It also has an air compressor connection through which compressed air can be added to the detergent / water mixture.

This stainless steel foam injector features two injectors and nozzles in one housing that can be configured independently with the metering valves. This enables numerous metering and foam applications. Since each nozzle has its own chemical inlet, different chemicals can also be mixed in different ratios.

Drop the pipe and filter that you attach to this Suttner ST164 foam injector into your chemical and it will draw it through to your foam lance. 60 litres per minute of water can pass through it in the rinsing function setting without any drop in pressure.

If you are using it with high pressure water, please ensure that your lance has a low pressure foam facility or you have a compatible foam lance before purchasing.

This foam injector comes with a connection for your air compressor for low and medium pressure applications from a water inlet pressure of 5 bar. It generates an excellent foam when provided with the required quantity of compressed air.

In order to produce foam with the ST164 on low or medium pressure applications, a foam lance without an air intake is required. We also recommend using a gun with a large cross section area such as the ST2720, ST2725, ST3100 or ST3300 for optimum foam.
