Delivery
All products that are available to purchase on the website will be dispatched free of charge to most addresses within the UK and Northern Ireland with a delivery time of 3 to 4 working days. A small additional charge may apply for outer areas and orders to the rest of the world will be dispatched at discounted rates that are available upon checkout.
Returns
Please contact us prior to your return so we can provide you with full instructions.
We offer a 30 day returns policy. Just advise us within 7 days of receipt and return within 30 days for a full refund. The buyer has to pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.
All damages or shortages of goods must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt as insurance claims cannot be made after this period.
Please include your original receipt and send it via a recorded delivery service so nothing is lost in transit (we will not be held liable for returned items that are lost in transit).
Return of any items will be subject to 23B Solution Ltd’s standard terms and conditions for online purchases.
