Suttner ST160.3 foam injector with a metering valve for low to high pressure water, high flow and high chemical dosage. Part of the Suttner easyfoam365+ range.

This stainless steel foam injector features three pairs of injectors and nozzles in one housing that can be configured independently. This enables numerous metering and foam applications. Since each nozzle has its own chemical inlet, different chemicals can also be mixed in different ratios.

Drop the pipe and filter that you attach to this Suttner ST160.3 foam injector into your chemical and it will draw it through to your foam lance.

In the high pressure range, water quantities of more than 100 litres per minute can be realised without any problems. For example, fixed or mobile foam arches, such as required for cleaning the inside of tunnels, can be operated with a large number of foam nozzles.

If you are using it with high pressure water, please ensure that your lance has a low pressure foam facility or you have a compatible foam lance before purchasing.

In the low pressure range, flow rates of up to 20 litres per minute can be realised. This is why, the injector is suitable for quick and easy filling of scrubber dryer while up to 5 l/min of cleaning agent can be added.

This foam injector comes with a connection for your air compressor for low and medium pressure applications from a water inlet pressure of 5 bar. It generates an excellent foam when provided with the required quantity of compressed air.

In order to produce foam with the ST160.3 on low or medium pressure applications, a foam lance without an air intake is required. We also recommend using a gun with a large cross section area such as the ST2720, ST2725, ST3100 or ST3300 for optimum foam.
