Suttner ST166 twin chemical and foam injector for high pressure water with 10 different chemical dosing inserts. It is food grade stainless steel, so perfect for a food factory or beverage production, and has 3/8″ BSP connections.

Suttner ST166 twin foam injector for high pressure water with 10 different chemical dosing inserts. Part of the Suttner easyfoam365+ range.

We will be in contact after your purchase to get the output details of your machine so we can provide the correct nozzle size. Please have the pressure, in PSI or bar, and water flow, in litres per minute, of your machine ready.

The Suttner ST166 foam injector is the twin intake version that can suck in / admix two chemicals at the same time.

It comes with 10 different dosing insert sizes from 0.5mm to 2.0mm to control the volume of chemical fed to the nozzles, please see the chart below for percentages:

Drop the pipes and filters that you attach to this Suttner ST166 foam injector into your chemicals and it will draw them through when you have switched to your low pressure foam setting or foam lance.

Please ensure that your lance has a low pressure foam facility or you have a compatible foam lance before purchasing. It will not work if your hose is longer than 20 metres or has any repair joints on it due to the back pressure.

This is a very high quality foam injector and German made.
