Suttner ST168 foam injector with a metering valve and a selector lever for low to high pressure water. Part of the Suttner easyfoam365+ range.

We will be in contact after your purchase to get the output details of your machine so we can provide the correct nozzle size. Please have the pressure, in PSI or bar, and water flow, in litres per minute, of your machine ready.

This injector is made completely out of stainless steel and has two cross section areas (50mm2 each) in order to guarantee a smooth operation without any drop in pressure when washing / rinsing. This ensures that the injector can be permanently kept in the high pressure line or can be used with large water quantities e.g. in the agriculture or food industry. The capacity when cleaning and rinsing is not affected at all.

A lever makes it possible to change from the cleaning / rinsing mode into the injector mode. When using the cleaning mode, there are two bore holes guiding the high pressure water parallel to the injector (bypassing it). When using the injector the available water quantity is guided through the injector section.

Drop the pipe and filter that you attach to this Suttner ST168 foam injector into your chemical and it will draw it through to your foam lance when you change the lever position to the injector setting.

If you are using it with high pressure water, please ensure that your lance has a low pressure foam facility or you have a compatible foam lance before purchasing.

This foam injector comes with a connection for your air compressor for low and medium pressure applications from a water inlet pressure of 5 bar. It generates an excellent foam when provided with the required quantity of compressed air.

In order to produce foam with the ST168 on low or medium pressure applications, a foam lance without an air intake is required. We also recommend using a gun with a large cross section area such as the ST2720, ST2725, ST3100 or ST3300 for optimum foam.
