The System Cleaners AM150 automatic main station is an open plant cleaning solution which enables automatic cleaning of processing equipment in the food and beverage industry.

Automatic open plant cleaning systems offer numerous benefits in terms of optimising the efficiency of your cleaning cycles, the level of food safety and hygiene and the operational cost associated with cleaning your processing equipment.

This automatic main station is a stand-alone cleaning unit with a built-in, frequency controlled pump. It facilitates automatic cleaning with up to three detergents and boosts water up to 20 bar (at 4 bar inlet pressure).

The cleaning sequences are programmed in a controller (not included) which controls the nozzle systems through the connected to segment valves and determines when the segment valves open and close, and how long each sequence runs.

The unit has a built-in valve island that controls the internal valves of the unit and may be extended to facilitate control of external segments – up to 18 in total.

The System Cleaners AM150 automatic main station is wall-mounted and protected by a stainless steel cabinet. It is applicable for de-central, central or hybrid chemical supply. Central and hybrid solutions require supply of pre-diluted detergents.

It can perform rinsing along with foam application and disinfection depending on the variant chosen.

Which variant?

There are five standard variants of this model that you can choose on the drop down list, their differences are as follows:

• AM150 F – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AM150 F D – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AM150 F F – Can apply 2x concentrated foams at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AM150 F F D – Can apply 2x concentrated foams at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AM150 PF D – Can apply 1x pre-diluted foam with no dosage setting and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
