Description

The System Cleaners AS200 automatic satellite station is an open plant cleaning solution which enables automatic cleaning of processing equipment in the food and beverage industry.

This satellite station requires connection to a boosted water supply from a System Cleaners main station, pump station or booster station. It also requires pre-diluted or concentrated detergents, a compressed air supply, a 24V AC or DC control voltage and it is operated by a controller.

The controller runs the cleaning sequences and controls the nozzle systems through the connected segment valves and determines when the segment valves open and close, and how long each sequence runs.

It is made from high-quality materials in a hygienic design suitable for the processing environment. High chemical resistance of components makes it a solid and reliable cleaning unit.

The unit has a built-in valve island that controls the internal valves of the unit and may be extended to facilitate control of external segments – up to 18 in total.

It can perform rinsing along with foam application and disinfection depending on the variant chosen.

Which variant?

There are nine standard variants of this model that you can choose on the drop down list, their differences are as follows:

• AS200 F – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AS200 F D – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AS200 F F – Can apply 2x concentrated foams at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AS200 F F D – Can apply 2x concentrated foams at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AS200 PF – Can apply 1x pre-diluted foam with no dosage setting
• AS200 PF PD – Can apply 1x pre-diluted foam with no dosage setting and 1x pre-diluted disinfectant with no dosage setting
• AS200 PF PF – Can apply 2x pre-diluted foams with no dosage setting
• AS200 PF PF D – Can apply 2x pre-diluted foams with no dosage setting and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• AS200 PF PF PD – Can apply 2x pre-diluted foams with no dosage setting and 1x pre-diluted disinfectant with no dosage setting
