Description

The System Cleaners KPV100 chemical booster pump station provides a boosted chemical supply for open plant cleaning solutions in the food and beverage industry.

This frequency controlled pump will mix detergent and water in an integrated tank and provide up to 15 independent satellite stations with a boosted pre-diluted chemical supply at a pressure of 8 to 12 bar. It requires suitable water and three phase electrical supplies as detailed below.

It should be placed in a separate technical room, or similar, to protect it from the processing environment and comes with a frame that can be bolted to the floor.
