The System Cleaners MS5 manual main station is an open plant cleaning solution which enables manual cleaning of processing equipment in the food and beverage industry.

With the System Cleaners manual open plant cleaning systems, you have a wide range of possibilities to customise your solution to match the requirements of your food or beverage processing plant.

The MS5 is a stand-alone cleaning unit serving as a supply station as well as workstation. It has a built-in satellite for one user to rinse, foam and disinfect, and an integrated, frequency-controlled pump which supply external workstations with boosted water. The unit has an integrated pressure transmitter for constant outlet pressure of 20 bar (at a 4 bar inlet pressure).

In addition to the integrated workstation, the MS5 can supply up to 4 external workstations simultaneously with boosted water and ensure a constant working pressure to each user.

The System Cleaners MS5 manual main station is wall mounted and protected by a stainless steel cabinet. It can be used in decentral, central and hybrid open plant cleaning solutions.

It can perform rinsing along with foam application and disinfection depending on the variant chosen.

Which variant?

There are five standard variants of this model that you can choose on the drop down list, their differences are as follows:

• MS5 F – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• MS5 F D – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• MS5 F F – Can apply 2x concentrated foams at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• MS5 F F D – Can apply 2x concentrated foams at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
• MS5 F F F – Can apply 3x concentrated foams at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6%
