The System Cleaners S2 manual satellite station is an open plant cleaning solution which enables manual cleaning of processing equipment in the food and beverage industry.

The S2 is a new and upgraded version of the legendary S30, the satellite which has been part of System Cleaners’ product range for many years.

The standard S2 is applicable in a pressure range of 3-8 bar for connection to mains water supply, or there is a 15-40 bar version for connection to a boosted water supply from a System Cleaners main station, pump station or booster station. It also requires pre-diluted or concentrated detergents and a compressed air supply.

The S2 satellite can be used in de-central and central cleaning solutions and can administer one detergent with the option to add a separate outlet for one extra product. It is protected by a stainless-steel cabinet and can be either wall-mounted or fitted to a trolley for mobile cleaning.

It can perform rinsing along with foam application and disinfection depending on the variant chosen.

Which variant?

There are eleven standard variants of this model that you can choose on the drop down list, their differences are as follows:

• S2 F (3-8 Bar) – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a mains water supply
• S2 F (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a boosted water supply
• S2 F D (3-8 Bar) – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x concentrated disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a mains water supply
• S2 F D (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% and 1x concentrated disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a boosted water supply
• S2 F F (3-8 Bar) – Can apply 2x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a mains water supply
• S2 F F (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 2x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a boosted water supply
• S2 PF (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 1x pre-diluted foam with no dosage setting from a boosted water supply
• S2 PF D (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 1x pre-diluted foam with no dosage setting and 1x concentrated disinfectant at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a boosted water supply
• S2 PF F (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 1x pre-diluted foam with no dosage setting and 1x concentrated foam at a dosage of between 0.2% to 6% from a boosted water supply
• S2 PF PD (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 1x pre-diluted foam with no dosage setting and 1x pre-diluted disinfectant with no dosage setting from a boosted water supply
• S2 PF PF (15-40 Bar) – Can apply 2x pre-diluted foams with no dosage setting from a boosted water supply
